Drain and rinse Swiss Chickpeas thoroughly and set aside.
Add chickpeas, Swiss Mambo Sauce, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, tahini if using, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor.
Blend until mixture begins to smooth out.
Add water or reserved chickpea liquid a little at a time until hummus reaches desired creamy consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add extra lime juice or Swiss Mambo Sauce for more flavour if desired.
Spoon hummus into a serving bowl and spread slightly with the back of a spoon.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley, chive, or extra paprika.
Chill slightly before serving for best flavour.
Serve with crackers, toasted pita, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, or flatbread.
