Mambo BBQ Chicken Pizza

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • If using fresh pizza dough, lightly roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  • Place dough or pizza crust onto a greased pizza tray or baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine Swiss Mambo Sauce with minced garlic and olive oil for extra flavour.
  • Spread sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Scatter shredded chicken evenly across the pizza.
  • Add sliced onions and sweet peppers.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  • Finish with oregano and optional chili flakes.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh chive or parsley if desired.
  • Serve hot with extra Swiss Mambo Sauce on the side.
