Ingredients
For the Tuna
- 2 Tuna Steaks
- ¼ cup Swiss Mambo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic grated
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- Salt & Black Pepper
For the Bowl
- 2 cups Brown Rice or Quinoa cooked
- Lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Swiss Black Beans
- Swiss Sweet Corn
- Tomatoes
- Cabbage shredded
Instructions
- Combine Swiss Mambo Sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate tuna for 30 minutes.
- Grill tuna for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, beans, and corn.
- Slice tuna and place on top.
- Drizzle extra Mambo sauce over bowl and serve fresh.
