Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp cleaned
- ½ cup Swiss Mambo Sauce
- 1 cup Coconut shredded
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ tsp Paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season shrimp lightly with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip shrimp into beaten eggs.
- Coat in breadcrumbs mixed with shredded coconut.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with Swiss Mambo Sauce as dipping sauce.
