Golden, flour-coated fried fish fillets drizzled with a warm, fruity pineapple sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 Fish Fillets
- ½ cup Swiss Mambo Sauce
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Oil for frying
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat fish dry and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat lightly in flour.
- Fry fish until golden and crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine Swiss Mambo Sauce and pineapple juice.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
- Pour sauce over crispy fish before serving.
