Grilled Tuna Power Bowl


Fresh grilled tuna steaks served over a vibrant bed of grains and vegetables.

Ingredients  

Instructions 

  • Combine Swiss Mambo Sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Marinate tuna for 30 minutes.
  • Grill tuna for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, beans, and corn.
  • Slice tuna and place on top.
  • Drizzle extra Mambo sauce over bowl and serve fresh.
