Preheat oven to 400°F.
If using fresh pizza dough, lightly roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
Place dough or pizza crust onto a greased pizza tray or baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine Swiss Mambo Sauce with minced garlic and olive oil for extra flavour.
Spread sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Scatter shredded chicken evenly across the pizza.
Add sliced onions and sweet peppers.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
Finish with oregano and optional chili flakes.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Garnish with fresh chive or parsley if desired.
Serve hot with extra Swiss Mambo Sauce on the side.
