Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add Swiss Penne Pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
Drain pasta and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water if needed later.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add Swiss Pasta Sauce and Swiss Mambo Sauce and stir well to combine.
Season with oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Simmer sauce for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle in half the cheese and stir until melted through the pasta.
Transfer pasta to serving dish and top with remaining cheese.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chive if desired.
Serve hot with garlic bread, salad, or grilled vegetables.
